Payment Information

Private-pay clients may pay the $150 per session fee using major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover including HSA cards.  These payments are due at the time of each session.  Checks and cash are not accepted.

I am currently an in-network provider in Tennessee for many plans with United Healthcare, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna,  Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Quest Behavioral Health. Before you schedule your first appointment, confirm your benefits and estimated costs by visiting My Headway Profile and entering your insurance information.  You'll get an immediate response with estimated cost per session based on your specific plan!  Once confirmed, return to TimJacksonCounseling.com and click on the Book an Appointment button to view my availability at my East Nashville Counseling office & online.

If I am an out-of-network provider, clients can pay for services at the time of each session.  Afterward, I can also provide superbill documentation with diagnostic codes to submit to your insurance company which some companies may use to provide reimbursement.  Contact your insurance company to determine if this would be beneficial.
