What are your fees, and do you accept insurance?I operate a primarily private-pay practice, which allows me to focus entirely on you and tailor therapy to your unique needs. I also accept many insurance plans like United Healthcare, Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, and more through a partnership with Headway. I am licensed in Tennessee & Virginia as a marriage and family therapist, which means I have completed extensive education, clinical training, and passed a national exam to ensure I meet the high standards required for practice. I am passionate about guiding people toward a life that feels more connected and authentic.

How often will we meet, & how long?Therapy is typically a weekly commitment, although I am flexible based on your schedule and needs. Sessions usually last just under 60 minutes. However, depending on the complexity of the issues we’re working on, I can offer extended sessions if needed. Together, we’ll decide on the best frequency for your situation.
